“I guess it has been a couple of years since I wrote and thanked chippers; at the time, my thanks was in reference to a team who worked on my parcel in
I spoke with Mark and a couple of days later, I noticed that the work had been done, and done so well you couldn’t even tell the crew had been there (no tire marks, no residue, no mess). I remarked to my husband, “I swear, they vacuum the grass!” This was probably the teeniest job Mark had to manage, but it was treated with the same prompt response, skill, and expertise I have come to expect from chippers. Your employees are just the greatest! I don’t know whether you train them will, or you just pick the best people and let them go, but I have to say that I am grateful.”
