Woodlands

Woodland Beautification

Improve a small or large wooded area to maximize its beauty, curb appeal, long-term value and your outdoor enjoyment. Allow special features of your woodlands to be seen, such as birch trees, ferns and stone walls. We thin the forest by removing trees based on low quality species, poor form, health, spacing and size. Your property is thereby populated with quality trees of different age classes that have room to grow and thrive.

Land Reclamation

Restore your tract of land to an earlier state to maximize its value and aesthetics. Many larger properties have existing VT or NH Current Use plans created by licensed foresters. We can work with an established plan or help your forester evaluate and implement one that meets the long-term goals for the property in terms of land reclamation and agricultural use.

Natural Trail Design & Installation

We can create trails, bridges and other features in your meadow or woodlands for recreational activities such as hiking, biking, skiing and Frisbee golf, and for educational/experiential activities such as bird watching/feeding, mushroom hunting, picnicking, and tree identification.
