Tree Care Industry Association Accreditation

How does being accredited by the TCIA  benefit you, our client?  We are committed to providing expert care for your property, always abiding by the TCIA Accreditation core values of ethics, quality and consumer confidence. TCIA Accreditation is the only program of its kind in the tree care industry. The process evaluated our business to ensure that professional practices and standards are met in every department and at every level of the company.  It must be renewed every three years with a thorough re-evaluation process. The talented and hard-working team members of Chippers are extremely proud to be recognized as the best of the best in our industry.

Better Business Bureau of NH A+ Rating (BBB)

The BBB standards for accreditation are a comprehensive set of best practices for how a business should treat the public in a fair and honest manner. We have been accredited with the BBB since 2007 with an A+ rating.


Simply put, our focus on safety is our number one priority…for the health and well-being of our employees and the protection of you and your property. Safety is one of our core values, our I WILL safety mantra is a key component of our daily safety meeting;  we follow ANSI Z133 safety standards; have a full-time Safety Compliance Manager and three Safety Trainers, one for each of our offices. They are devoted to hands-on training of all Chippers employees in the use of proper techniques, communication and documentation; we hold company-wide annual safety training days; our employees are certified biennially in First Aid and CPR, and we have at least two Certified Treecare Safety Professional in each of our three offices. 


Ask us to provide you with a Certificate of Insurance with you as the named Certificate Holder. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for property, vehicles, liability and worker’s compensation. Beware of companies that provide a copy of their insurance policy that has since lapsed or been cancelled.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner to the specifications of the contract. Our work will meet or exceed standards set by the American National Institute (ANSI) and the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). Trees and shrubs we plant have a separate individual warranty that will be provided with a planting estimate.
