Hopefully, you know that Chippers is now part of The Davey Tree Expert Company. (Check out our blogs about the announcement and FAQs about the merger.) While most of what Chippers does for you each and every day remains unchanged, this is not the case for paying online. Chippers is now using Davey’s online payment service. However, since we are in the awkward transition stage, not all invoices will have the information you need to proceed with the Davey’s online payment service.
If your invoice is dated after May 4, 2021, you will need your customer number (middle upper left of invoice) to proceed with the new Davey online payment service. Please click on Davey Online Payment. You can either create an account or use the one-time payment option. You will also be able to set up paperless billing or automatic charge billing.
If your invoice is dated before May 5, 2021, it does not contain your customer number or a Davey invoice number, and therefore you will not be able to use Davey’s online payment service for this invoice. You now have two options to pay this invoice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
