Arborist Climber & Ground Operations Specialists – Woodstock, VT

We are currently looking to add Arborist Climbers & Ground Operations Specialists to our qualified team of innovative green care professionals in New Hampshire. Take this opportunity to advance your career with a team that truly cares!

What You’ll Do:

  •  Climb trees, if you have experience or the desire to learn!
  •  Prune, thin and remove deadwood throughout the tree canopy
  •  Install cables, braces and lightning protection systems
  •  Remove hazardous trees
  •  Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including chainsaws and chippers

2 Vegetation Control Technicians – Woodstock, VT

The Vegetation Control Technician is an entry level semi-skilled manual labor position and has the primary responsibility of trimming grass and/ or weeds with a weed whacker. The Vegetation Control Technician must be able to operate and maintain an assigned weed whacker while following company policies and safety guidelines. The Vegetation Control Technician reports to the Chip Wood Operations Manager.
 
Vegetation Control Technician Primary Objectives:
  •  Provides clients with exceptional customer service and enhanced value.
  •  Exhibits a positive attitude regarding the company safety culture, vision and mission.
  •  Follows directions, communicates and participates as a safe and efficient crewmember.
  •  Performs other Land Enhancement duties as assigned.
Vegetation Control Technician Requirements:
  •  Team player with positive attitude.
  •  Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
  •  Ability to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods of time.
  •  Works independently with ability to make sound decisions.
Education and Experience:
  •  High School Diploma (or equivalent), preferred

Landscape Crew Leader – Woodstock, VT

Arborist Crew Leader – Enfield, NH

The chippers Arborist Crew Leader is a highly skilled professional in the practice of the management and maintenance of trees. The Arborist Crew Leader must be proficient in all responsibilities detailed in the Arborist Climber and Arborist Ground Operations Specialist job descriptions. The Arborist Crew Leader reports to the facility Operations Manager.

The Arborist Crew Leader is responsible for but not limited to the following:

  •  Daily activities, production and supervision of an assigned crew
  •  Ensures that each crew member is working efficiently, adhering to all safety guidelines, and utilizing all appropriate PPE
  •  Reports all concerns, accidents and/or injuries to the Operations Manager
  •  Responsible for all assigned equipment and enforces the equipment maintenance program
  •  Records daily crew reports, and handles on site customer communications when required
  •  Primary Objectives
  •  Provides clients with exceptional customer service and enhanced value
  •  Exhibits a positive attitude regarding the company safety culture, vision and mission
  •  Ability to teach and lead a safe and efficient crew
  •  Capable of on the job problem solving

Arborist Crew Leader Requirements

  •  Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain CDL license
  •  Must have or obtain ISA Certification
  •  Team player with positive attitude and proven ability to work efficiently
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience

  •  2 or 4 year degree within Arboriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscaping, Environmental Design; or equivalent field experience
  •  4 years tree climbing and arboricultural experience

 

Maintenance

Evening Mechanic – Meredith, NH

Small engine repair experience required with formal education in small engine repair. The hours for this position would generally be 12 – 8 PM, Monday – Thursday. 

 

Turf Care

Turf Technician – Enfield, NH

We are currently looking to add two Turf Technicians to our qualified team of innovative green care professionals in New Hampshire. Take this opportunity to advance your career with a team that truly cares!

  •  Make grass green and healthy!
  •  Drive and maintain a company vehicle
  •  Follow all safety guidelines and utilizes PPE to adhere to product label
  •  Work independently and complete a diverse number of turf applications

  •  Properly operate and maintain lawn application equipment

Administration

IT Specialist – Multiple locations including some remote

We need a subject matter expert to serve as our in-house IT Specialist in a long-term position. The IT Specialist will serve two functions within the company. First, he or she must coordinate between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development; and second, the IT Specialist will come up with and advise about potential fixes or efficiency controls. We’re looking for a responsive, highly productive professional who can work with employees and vendors to ensure continued success.

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  •  Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware and help train employees on its use
  •  Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, computer peripherals
  •  Install, configure and resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and VOIP phone systems
  •  Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
  •  Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
  •  Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
  •  Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors
  •  Manage company cell phones

Education and Experience

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred
  •  Industry certifications and memberships a plus
  •  Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
  •  Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
  •  Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity

Client Services Specialist – Woodstock, VT
